-Cut out rise krispies with your heart cookie cutter. Set them aside.
-Melt white chocolate in 3 separate deli cups. Color each one with colour mill colors candy, teal, and purple.
-Dip the tip of your popsicle stick in your chocolate and insert it into the rice krispie heart. Let it dry for a few minutes. Now dip the whole rice krispie into your chocolate. Dip them in your teal, candy, and purple chocolate.
-Put candy and purple colored chocolate in a tipless bag. Write XOXO, HUG ME,I LOVE YOU, KISS ME on your rice krispie pops.
-Drizzle krisie pop pink, add valentine's sprinkles and spray white galaxy dust on your pop to add shine.
-Tie bows to your rice krispie pops. Now they are ready to enjoy
