Meet Manny and Claudia
Emmanuel “Manny” Rodriguez and Claudia Martinez built Bakers Express alongside a team dedicated to serving the baking community. They own the Baldwin Park location. Ariel Vice owns and operates Bakers Express La Habra.
After seven years working in his family’s business in Pico Rivera, Manny opened the Baldwin Park store in February 2016. The business became Bakers Express in July 2023, and our La Habra location opened that December.

Claudia’s leadership, throughout our stores
Claudia is a founding member of Bakers Express, co-owner of the Baldwin Park location, and an essential part of the company’s leadership. A proud Mexican woman business owner, she manages the front end, leads buying and purchasing, and brings a practiced eye to merchandising.
Her work shapes how customers experience our stores—from the products on the shelves to how easily shoppers can find what they need. She has also taught others how to organize and merchandise a store, sharing knowledge that reaches beyond our own aisles.
Together, Manny and Claudia bring complementary strengths to Bakers Express, with a shared commitment to helping customers feel welcome and supported.

Meet Ariel Vice
Ariel Vice’s path to ownership began with five years at Bakers Express Baldwin Park. During that time, she gained extensive on-the-job experience across nearly every part of the store, from order fulfillment and administration to bookkeeping and front end management.
Her dedication and hunger for knowledge helped prepare her for the next step: purchasing the Bakers Express La Habra store and taking over as its owner and operator in May 2026.
Today, Ariel leads the La Habra location, bringing the experience she built in Baldwin Park to her own store and the customers she serves.
