You will learn how to create three types of tarts: Chocolate, Shortbread, and Graham Cracker. Each tart features a unique filling and garnishing technique, including:
Chocolate Tart: Filled with 50Express Chocolate filling and adorned with chocolate mousse, chocolate crisp pearls, and galaxy dust.
Shortbread Tart: Featuring a Raspberry Mousse made from 50Express Raspberry filling and topped with fresh raspberries, gold galaxy dust, and mirror glaze.
Graham Cracker Tart: Filled with 50Express Cream Cheese filling, topped with whipped topping, and garnished with a fresh
strawberry, galaxy dust, and chocolate pearls.
Pound Cake Style Loaf
Today we will be making pound cake style loafs using our 50Express® Crème Cake Mix and Deiman ArtePan Flavorings as well as our 50Express® fillings.
This product is very versatile and will allow you to make a few different variations of flavors using Deiman ArtePan flavorings and adding addintional ingredients like, nuts, chocolate chips, citrus zests or 50Express® fillings.

Thumbprint cookies will be made using our 50Express® All-purpose flour,
50Express® fillings; Mango, Lemon, and Blueberry, 50Express® Vanilla
extract and ArtePan Butter Vanilla flavoring.
