Madeleines are an easy treat for St Patrick's Day!
Here's what you'll need:
Madeleines
50EXPRESS® Premium White Chocolate
St Patrick's Day Sprinkles
Confetti Pearl Sprinkles in Gold
White Crinkle Paper
White Box with clear lid
Recipe:
1. Melt 50EXPRESS® White Cacao Melts in 30 second intervals. If too thick, add paramount crystals.
2. Dip your Madeleines halfway into your melted chocolate. You may add your St. Patrick's Day sprinkles while wet. You can always drizzle white chocolate onto your madeleines to help your sprinkles stick.
3. Finish it off with 50EXPRESS® Gold Galaxy Dust
