Mother's Day Sunflower Oreos

For the one that lights up your days, some sunflower Oreos. Here's what you'll need to celebrate mom this year:

Ingredients:

• 50EXPRESS® Premium White Chocolate
• Chocolate Chameleon in Yellow
• Poppy Paint in colors: Brown and Yellow
• Sunflower Silicone Mold
• Alphabet Silicone Mold
• Assorted Flowers Silicone Mold
• Oreo Cookies
• Round Cookie Candy Mold
• Tipless bags
• 50EXPRESS® Galaxy Dust
• 50EXPRESS® Edible Glue

Procedure:

1. Melt your 50EXPRESS® Premium White Chocolate in two separate deli cups. Add yellow Chocolate Chameleon to one.
   
2. Fill your Round Cookie Candy Mold 1/4 of the way with chocolate, place your Oreo cookie on top and fill the rest with chocolate. Do 3 white and 2 Yellow. Let dry.
3. Place your melted yellow chocolate and white chocolate into tipless bags. Using your tipless bags, fill your the Sunflower and Alphabet Silicone Molds. Let dry.
4. Once your chocolate covered Oreos are dry, remove them from their mold. Using brown poppy paint, paint the middle of the flower.
5. Brush 50EXPRESS® Edible Glue on the back of your flower and place it on top of your chocolate covered Oreo to glue together. Add 50EXPRESS® Glaxy Dust. You may add your letters spelling out "mom" using melted chocolate or edible glue.
