-Melt your white chocolate and color it black & royal blue from the father's day colour mill set.
-Let your apples soak in warm water for few minutes to remove the wax and then dry the with a towel.
-Remove the steam and insert the wooden stick, going half way in the apple.
-In a non-stick pan, warm up dulce de leche on low to medium heat for 5-8 minutes until a smooth consistency is reached.
-Dip and swirl your apple into the dulce de leche. Tap on the stick lightly to remove excess dulce de leche.
-For dipping in melted chocolate let your apples sit for at least 2 hours before dipping. The longer you let them sit out the better and easier it is to dip.
-Place your black chocolate in a tipless bag, start to fill your silicone molds. Put them in the freezer and careful remove.
-Drizzle your apple and before it dries place your sprinkle on. Add a small amount of chocolate to the back of your letters and place the word "DAD" on the apple.
-Spray your white galaxy dust to add shine. Set aside to dry
-Roll out black fondant, stamp with the #1 Dad stamp and cut it out with a 2 inch round cutter.
-Drizzle the apple and add your galaxy dust. Place your fondant piece in the center of the apple, then your hammer on the top right side.
-When you are done decorating the apple, place it on top of your black tab and put it in a window box, tie a bow for the finishing touch.
