Ingredients:
50EXPRESS® Red, Royal Blue, and Premium White Cacao Melts
Carnation Flower Silicone Mold
Groovy Numbers Silicone Mold
Groovy Alphabet Silicone Mold
Hexagon Mini Popsicle Silicone Mold
50EXPRESS® Gold Highlighter Dust
Acrylic Popsicle Sticks
Firecracker Sprinkle Mix
50EXPRESS® Tipless Bags
Procedure:
Place your cake in a mixer and crumble your cake until it all sticks together.
Melt your 50EXPRESS® Premium White Chocolate in a deli cup. Pour your chocolate into your popsicle silicone mold. Make sure to get the edges using a brush. Add your popsicle sticks. Wait until dry and add another layer of chocolate to the edges. Once dry, add your crumbled cake and cover with chocolate. Remove cakesicles from mold once dry.
Melt your colored chocolate and place in tipless bags. Start to fill your groovy silicone molds to spell July 4th. Fill your carnation mold with chocolate (color choice is up to you). Place in freezer to dry, then remove from mold.
Use melted chocolate to add your chocolate details onto your cakesicles. Take your 50EXPRESS® Gold Highlighter Dust and dust the edge of the flowers.
