INGREDIENTS: HALF BATCH
-2 3/4 cups Creme Cake Mix 50Express
-4 eggs
-3/4 cups oil
-1/2 cup
PROSEDURES:
-Using paddle attachment.
-Pour 4 eggs in mixing bowl.
-Add 2 3/4 cups of 50Express creme cake mix. Mix for 1 minute on on low speed to incorporate, then 3 minutes on medium speed.
INCORPORATE:
-3/4 cups oil
-1/2 cup water
-Mix 1 minute on1st speed. scrape bowl. Mix 3 minutes on 1st speed.
-Add in 4 drops of princess pink gel color food coloring.
-Place hot pink baking in your cupcake pan. Scoop up batter using the red scooper and place it in your baking cups.
BAKING:
-Bake cupcake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
-half batch makes 18 cupcakes
-Let them cool down
DECORATING:
-Color buttercreme using strawberry red gel color from 50express.
-Take tipless bags, place tip 824 inside. Make two of them
-Place red & white buttercreme in two separate tipless bags.
-Pipe your cupcake in a swirl from inside to out. Add your sprinkles and ivory galaxy dust. Dust it on with a small brush.
-For the fondant topper, roll out white fondant and mark it with your flower embosser. Then cut it out with your round plastic cutter. Lay it on your cupcake.
-Fill your letter silicone mold with pink chocolate. Spelling the word "LOVE"
-Fill the lip mold with red chocolate and the bear mold with clay colored chocolate. Place in freezer to dry, them remove chocolate pieces.
-Place letters in small container and dust them with a small amount of soft pink galaxy dust. Put a small amount of chocolate on the back of your letters and place the on your fondant piece.
-Place sprinkles on your white cupcake and place bear in the middle.
-Color fondant pink using princess pink gel color. Roll fondant out and cut it out using your heart cutter. Brush on some edible glue on top and add your pink galaxy dust.
-Place heart on your cupcake and your red kiss in the middle.
-When your cupcakes are done
-When your cupcakes are done, place them in a clear cupcake container or in a small 4x4x2.5 box with window using cupcake insert.
