Description
Create dipped strawberries, coated pretzels, cake pops, molded candies and decorative drizzles with Merckens confectionery coating melts. Melt and use for dipping, coating or molding without tempering.
What you receive
One 5 lb (2.27 kg) bag of your selected color or flavor. Each option is sold separately; this is not a mixed-color assortment. White and Super White are separate selections.
Fruit, cookies, pretzels, molds and decorating supplies shown in serving suggestions are sold separately.
How to use & store
Follow the melting directions for your selected formula. Melt gently, stirring frequently. Use clean, completely dry tools and keep water out of the coating. Dip, drizzle or fill candy molds, then allow the coating to set. Use oil-based candy colors when adding color.
Store unused wafers in a cool, dry place away from strong odors.
Ingredients & allergens
Ingredients and allergens vary by color and formula. Super White and Red contain milk and soy. Check the selected product's current label for its complete ingredient and allergen information; contact us before ordering if you need help confirming a specific formula.
