The package has full step-by-step mixing instructions and a QR code for a how-to video. Key quantities (2 lb, 5¾ cups mix):

• Makes three 8 x 2 in. pans
• Add 6 large eggs (11.2 oz), 1¼ cups oil (9.6 oz) and ½ cup plus ⅓ cup water (7.2 oz)
• Spray each pan with non-stick spray and fill it halfway
• Bake at 325°F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until firm in the middle

Storage & shelf life

Shelf life: 9 to 12 months from the date of manufacture.

To get the full shelf life of the dry mix, store it in a cool, dark, dry pantry. Because the bags are large, once a bag is opened keep any unused mix tightly sealed, or move it to an airtight container, to keep humidity out and prevent the leavening agents from degrading.
