INGREDIENTS: WHITE CAKE MIX
- 6 Cups of cake mix
-2 2/3 cups water
-1/2 oil
PROCEDURE:
-Add 1 cup of water to large mixing bowl; then add 6 cups of mix and mix for 3 minutes on low speed.
-Add 1/2 cup + 1/3 cup water; mix 1 minute on low spped; scrape bowl. Mix 2 minutes on medium speed.
-Add 3/4 cup + 1/2 tbsp water and 1/2 cup oil; mix 1 minute on low speed. Scrape bowl and mix 2 minutes on low speed. Add lime green gel color in the last process.
-Take a small amount of butter and brush a thin layer on to your silicone molds. Then take a small amount of all purpose flour and dust it on top of both silicone molds.
-Fill large and mini tree molds up half ways.
BAKING:
FOR LARGE TREE MOLD
- Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes or when firm in the middle
FOR 8 CAV TREE MOLD
-Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes or when firm in the middle
-When baked let them sight outside to cool for 5 minutes then easily remove them from mold.
-Color buttercreme lime green. Take a tipless bag, add tip 21 and place lime green buttercreme inside.
-Start to pipe small dots all over your X-mas tree cake. Make sure to cover the top and the sides.
-Add your Xmas sprinkles and galaxy dust.
