SUGAR COOKIE MIX 50 EXPRESS (HALF BATCH)
-4 Cups Sugar Cookie Mix
-2 Sticks Of Butter
-1 Large Egg
-1 Teaspoon Of Vanilla
ROYAL ICING 50EXPRESS (HALF BATCH)
-4 Cups Royal Icing
-1/4 Cups + 3 Tbsp Water
It make vary if you need to add more water do so.
-Using Paddle attachment of a standard mixer, mix together softened butter, large eggs, and vanilla flavor at low speed.
-Gradually add 2 cups of cookie mix at a time and continue mixing ingredients together and increase speed if necessary.
-You will know your dough is ready when it easily pulls away from the side and starts to clump around the paddle of your mixer.
-Roll out your dough evenly, cut out your dough using 2.5' round cutter and a 3' square cutter.
-Mix your royal icing to a flood consistency.
-Color your icing Emerald Green, Lime Green, Strawberry Red, Chocolate Brown, Caramel Brown, and Onyx Black.
-Outline your cookie round cookie with white royal icing and begin to flooding technique. Remove all air bubbles with a scribe.
-Now pipe lines all around the cookie using the emerald green icing and then pipe more lines in between those using line green colored icing.
-With your scribe drag the icing in a circular motion to create my wreath.
-Let your cookie dry for about 15 minutes
-Now pipe 3 small red dots close together throughout your wreath for the berries. This icing is a little thicker in consistency so your berries have a 3d effect. Let your cookies fully dry.
-Make your bows out of red fondant and dust them on with red galaxy dust. Place them at the bottom of your wreath.
-For the reindeer cookie, outline and flood your squared cookie with brown royal icing. Let it dry. Pipe the nose with red icing, Let it dry then pipe a small white line at the right side of the nose.
-With black make two small black circles at the top of the nose, then pipe a small white dot in the black circles for the eyes.
-With caramel brown colored icing, pipe the reindeer's antlers. With clack pipe the mouth and eyebrows.
-Now your Christmas cookies are all done.
