INGREDIENTS: 1/2 batch

-2 3/4 cups Creme Cake Mix 50Express

-4 eggs

-3/4 cups oil

-1/2 cup water

PROSEDURES:

-Using paddle attachment.

-Pour 4 eggs in mixing bowl.

-Add 2 3/4 cups of 50Express creme cake mix. Mix for 1 minute on low speed to incorporate, then 3 minutes on medium speed.

INCORPORATE:

-3/4 cups oil

-1/2 cup water

-2 tsp of butter vanilla arte pan

-Mix 1 minute on1st speed. scrape bowl. Mix 3 minutes on 1st speed.

-THIS MAKES 20 CUPCAKES

-When batter is ready set aside.

-Place gold baking cups in you muffin pan. Scoop up batter using the red scooper and place it in your baking cups.

-Bake cupcakes for 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees.

-Now place chocolate beads in a small container and add some 50express edible highlighter dust and mix it all around until completely covered in gold. Set aside.

-Color buttercreme, mix royal blue and canary yellow to make green. Mix well. Color white buttercreme strawberry red.

-Cover the top of your cupcake with a small amount of white buttercreme.

-Place green buttercreme in a tipless bag using the tip #21.

-Start to pipe all around the edge of your cupcake. Place non-pareils, gold, red, white beads, and place bow on top. Add gold galaxy dust.

-Put white buttercreme in a tipless bag with the tip #824 and red buttercreme with tip #21.

-Pipe all three different colors on the cupcake. make swirls and dots using different colors. Add green metallic rods, gold chocolate beads, and spray gold galaxy dust all over the cupcake to give it a shine.

-Pipe the other cupcake using only your white buttercreme, starting from the middle and ending at the edge. sprinkle crunch peppermint candy, green rods, gold beads, snowflake, and spray gold galaxy dust. Do a few of each.

-Place them in a 12ct cupcake container.
