Who is in the mode for some witches brew cupcakes? Get creative with sugar cones, a little PME edible color spray, 50Express GelColors and 50Express Buttercream. Make these cupcakes part of your Halloween dessert menu!

Here's How To Make Them:

-Spray sugar cone & cookie with black lustre spray. Let it sit for a few minutes to dry.
-Color buttercreme in separate deli cups neon purple, canary yellow, and lime green.
*Place lime green colored buttercreme in a tipless bag with the tip #101
*Place neon purple colored buttercreme on tipless bag with tip # 824
*Place canary yellow colored buttercreme on tipless bag with tip #4
-Pipe purple buttercreme in a circular motion starting from the outside to the middle of the cupcake. Place cookie on top.
-Melt black chocolate and place it in a tipless bag and put on the rim of sugar cone, place it on top of the cookie. Chocolate is used as a glue.
-Now take tipless bag with the lime green colored buttercreme and pipe around the bottom bigger piece of the cone, going all around.
-Now with the yellow colored buttercreme pipe a small square on top of the green buttercreme to create the witch hat.
-Now using the tip #824 pipe neon purple and lime green colored buttercreme add halloween spreinkle mix, white galaxy dust, and hocus pocus rings on top.
