- -Pipe purple buttercreme in a circular motion starting from the outside to the middle of the cupcake. Place cookie on top.
- -Melt black chocolate and place it in a tipless bag and put on the rim of sugar cone, place it on top of the cookie. Chocolate is used as a glue.
- -Now take tipless bag with the lime green colored buttercreme and pipe around the bottom bigger piece of the cone, going all around.
- -Now with the yellow colored buttercreme pipe a small square on top of the green buttercreme to create the witch hat.
- -Now using the tip #824 pipe neon purple and lime green colored buttercreme add halloween spreinkle mix, white galaxy dust, and hocus pocus rings on top.
