-Place white buttercream in 6 different deli cups and color them with your 50 express gel colors. The colors are neon purple, royal blue, lime green, neon yellow, orange yellow, and strawberry red.
-Place all your colored buttercreme in separate tipless bags.
-Now cut out a small piece of plastic wrap and pipe a line of each colored buttercreme on top of your wrap. Make sure to place them right next to each other. When you have all your colored buttercreme layed out, now fold over your plastic wrap from on side to the other, making it like a tub form. Twist the top side of your wrap so the the buttereme doesn't come out. This makes it easy to place in your pipping bag.
-Place tip 1B in your 50express tipless bag and place your rainbow buttercreme inside.
-Now pipe your cupcakes doing a circular motion. This will create a beautiful rainbow effect.
-Dust a small amount of gold galaxy dust on your cupcake using a small brush, this will add shine to your cupcakes.
-Place your shamrock rings on top of your cupcakes.
-Now place tip 824 in your tipless bag and using white buttercreme pipe the other cupcakes.
- For the white cupcakes we will add rainbow non-pareils, gold galaxy dust and lastly our rainbow rings.
