-Using Paddle attachment of a standard mixer, mix together softened butter, large eggs, and vanilla flavor at low speed.
-Gradually add 2 cups of cookie mix at a time and continue mixing ingredients together and increase speed if necessary.
-You will know your dough is ready when it easily pulls away from the side and starts to clump around the paddle of your mixer.
-Roll out your dough evenly with a rolling pin. Cut out your cookie dough using a heart shaped cookie cutter. Place a pan liner on your cookie sheet and lay cookies on top.
-Bake the cookies for 8-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
-Set them aside to cool down.
-Now it's time to color your buttercreme using purple colour mill. We are trying to achieve a light color purple so only put a few drops, then you can add more if needed.
-Place two #12 tips in your pastry bags then fill them with lavender & white buttercreme separately.
-Grab your cookie and start to pipe dots using your white buttercreme, until you cover the entire cookie.
-Place the other cookie on top, then start to do the same procedure but this time you will use white and lavender buttercreme.
-Fill your silicone mold with chocolate and put them in the freezer to dry, then remove.
-Start to decorate your heart shaped cookie by placing all your chocolate pieces and pink butterfly on top.
-Spray on some white galaxy to make it shimmer. Place on a 6 inch white wrap and it's ready to enjoy.
