-Melt your white chocolate in two separate deli cups. Color one Dusk and the other Latte color. Always use oil based colors to color your chocolate, in this video we used the brand Colour Mill.
-Pour out a small amount of chocolate in your heart silicone mold, give it a light tap and using a small brush, brush chocolate the sides and edges of your mold with chocolate. Make sure to cover it completely. Pop in your clear popsicle sticks. Place it in the freezer to dry. Take it out of the freezer and brush on another layer of chocolate only on the sides if your mold. Let it dry.
-Now place your cake in a mixer using the paddle attachment. Mix until your cake sticks together completely.
-Begin you fill the mold with cake. Then cover it with more chocolate. Make sure to distribute chocolate with a small brush or spatula. Place in freezer to dry one more time. Now it's time to remove your cakesicles.
-Mix your gold highlighter with any flavored essence to make it liquid. Then get a small brush with highlighter and tap it lightly on top of the cakesicle. This is like drop effect. Let it dry.
-Now palce your dusk colored chocolate into your tipless bag and drizzel chocolate in the middle, then add your non-pareils.
-Fill your alphabet and butterfly silicone molds up. Place them in the freezer to dry and pop them out when dry.
-Take your chocolate pieces and stick them on your cakesicle using a small amount of chocolate on the back.
-Place your grosgrain bows. Now your cakesicle are ready.
