Ingredients:
- 50EXPRESS® Premium White Chocolate
- Frozen Marble Cake
- Cakesicle Mold
- Colour Mill in: Lavender, Tiffany, Rose, & Latte
- Palm Leaves Silicone Mold
- Assorted Leaf Silicone Mold
- Groovy Alphabet Silicone Mold
- Assorted Flowers Mold
- Tipless bags
- Deli cups
- Acrylic popsicle sticks
- 50EXPRESS® Pearlescent Powder
- Bow twists
- Pampas Grass
Procedure:
- Place your frozen marble cake or cake of choice in a mixer and using a flat beater attachment, mix until the cake sticks together.
- Melt 50EXPRESS®Premium White Cacao Melts in different deli cups and add Colour Milll in colors rose, lavender, tiffany, and latte. Mix. Put all your colored chocolate in tipless bags.
- Start to fill each silicone mold. Place them in the freezer and let dry. Remove your details from their mold once dry and set aside.
- Melt 50EXPRESS® White Chocolate and start to fill your cakesicle mold. Make sure to get melted chocolate on the edges using a brush. You may need to create multiple layers on the sides. Insert your popsicle sticks and let dry.
- Begin to fill your cakesicle with cake and add chocolate on top. Let your chocolate dry and remove from their mold.
- Once fully dry, start adding the small details to your cakesicles using melted chocolate.
- Brush your 50EXPRESS® Pearlescent Powder of choice to your cakesicles to add some shine.
- Add your bow twists to your acrylic popsicle.
