-Place your buttercreme in 6 separate deli cups and color them, neon purple, neon orange, sky blue, emerald green, super red, and neon yellow.
-Fill the tipless bags with your different colored buttercreme.
-Lay the first layer of your mini cake onto a 7x7 piece of parchment paper. Start to pipe small dots of different colors until you cover the whole cake. Starting at the outer part of your cake.
-When that is done, place the other layer of cake on top.
-Now Start to pipe dots on the outer part of your cake using the same colored buttercreme. When you are done going around, start the other row using another color. Do this until you cover the entire cake.
-Pipe a few small white swirls on top of your cake using tip #21. Sprinkle your rainbow non-pareils and place your rings on top.
-Spray some edible white galaxy dust to give it a shine.
-Now for the cupcakes, take a small piece of plastic and pipe out a roll of each color buttercreme right next to each other. Fold your plastic over and secure the sides. Cut the tip of one side and place the colored buttercreme in a pastry bag with tip 1B inside.
-Begin to pipe your cupcakes. This will give you a beautiful rainbow effect. Add galaxy dust.
-For the other cupcakes, pipe white buttercreme, add rainbow non-pareils, and place rainbow rings on top. Add galaxy dust.
-Cup a circle at the top left of your cupcake insert, so you can place your mini cake there. Only cut out the two left cupcake circles.
-Place your mini cake and 4 cupcakes round it.
-Now you have a cute lunch box cake to give or enjoy with family and friend.
