Items used:
- Cream cheese (available in-store)
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Unsalted butter (available in-store)
- 7040- white satin granulated sugar
- 54213- clear vanilla
- 250204- all purpose flour 50express
- 7113- 4 1/2 baking cups
- Muffin pan *
- Red scooper
- Eggs
- Lemon juice
- Sour cream
Ingredients:
- - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- -1/4 cup of melted butter
- -10.5 oz room temperature cream cheese
- -1/2 granulated sugar
- -2 eggs
- -1 tsp vanilla
- -1 tbsp lemon juice
- -1 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
- -3/4 cup sour cream
Procedures:
- Melt butter and mix it together with the graham cracker crumbs until it it well combined.
- Place baking cups in muffin pan. Add small spoon of graham cracker mix and pat down with a spoon. Set aside
- Using a whisk attachment, Mix cream cheese (at room temperature) and sugar for 2 minutes on medium speed or until well combined and smooth.
- Add 2 eggs (room temperature). Add eggs one at a time on medium speed for 1 minute. Scrape bowl.
- Now add clear vanilla, lemon juice, and all purpose flour. Mix well for 2 minutes on medium speed or until smooth. Lastly add sour cream and mix for about 1 minute.
