-Melt your white chocolate in 3 separate deli cups and color them Royal, Purple, and Red using the oil based colour mill.
-After your chocolate is melted and colored place it in separate cups, this way it is easier to dip the pretzel rod in.
-Dip the pretzel rod and tap it lightly to remove all the excess chocolate. Dip in Blue, Purple, and Red. Before your chocolate dries apply the same colored sanding sugar to your pretzel rod. Set them aside to dry.
-Fill your tipless bag with black chocolate and drizzle the bottom of your pretzel rod. Let it dry.
-Dust the silver pearlescent powder to only the black part of your pretzel rod. Pipe two red dots and two black lines across right above the red dots and you're done.
