-Melt your white chocolate in 2 separate silicone bowls. Color them yellow and green.
-Place the cake in a small mixer using the paddle attachment mix until it sticks all together like dough. An 8' cake makes about 12 cake pops depending on the size.
-Take a small amount of cake and fill your football shaped my little cake pop mold. Remove carefully.
-Dip the tip of your straw into the chocolate and insert your sticks in the cake pop. Let it dry.
-Mix together crystal sugar and sunflower colored galaxy dust. This will give your sugar and beautiful shine.
-Now dip the whole cake pop into your chocolate, tap the stick lightly to remove excess chocolate. Before the chocolate dries, add the colored crystal sugar to it, using a decorating spoon. Set it down to dry.
-Dip another cake pop, to this one you will only add the galaxy dust to it. Set aside to dry as well.
-Fill the tipless bags with green and white chocolate. Begin to fill leaves and flower molds. Put them in the freezer to dry then remove chocolate pieces gently.
-Place a small amount of chocolate on the bigger leaf and place the other one slanted on top. Let them dry.
-Now place the leaves right above your lemon cake pop. Place the white flower right in the center of the leaves.
-That's how easy it is to make lemon cake pops.
