-Melt your white chocolate in a 3 separate deli cups. Color them Candy, Mint, and Lavender, using oil based colors colour mill.
-Place yellow cake in the mixer using a paddle attachment, mix until it sticks all together like a dough.
-Using the purple scoop, scoop the cake to make your cake pops. Set them aside. Fill your popsicle cake pop mold, carefully remove it from the mold. Roll the edges with a straw to get ride of the ridges.
-Dip the tip of popsicle sticks into the chocolate then insert it in the cake pop. Set them aside to dry.
-Take the mini cone and using an xacto knife make a small hole at the bottom center of your cone. Make sure to not make the hole too big. Insert the straw carefully to make sure it fits in the cone.
-Dip the rim of your cone in chocolate and sprinkle the non-pareils on top. Insert your straw into the cake pop. Let it dry. Now Dip your whole cake pop into the chocolate, tap on the straw lightly to remove all excess chocolate. Before it dries, insert your straw into the mini cone, connecting the cake pop to the cone. This makes a cute ice cream design. Set aside to dry. Dip them in every color.
-Dip the popsicle cake pops in candy and lavender chocolate, set aside to dry.
-Fill pastry bag with white chocolate.
-Starting from the center of your cake pop, make a drip affect at the top. Tap the straw lightly on the table surface so the chocolate can drip down the cake pop. Before the chocolate dries, sprinkle your non-pareils and sprinkles.
-Spray some white galaxy dust to add a beautiful shine.
-Do the same chocolate drip affect to the popsicle cake pops as well.
-Now your ice cream themed cake pops are ready to be enjoyed by all friends and family all summer long.
