-Place your cake into a small mixer, using the paddle attachment mix cake until it sticks all together like a dough. This will take a few minutes.
-Fill your disc and heart cake pop mold, then remove carefully.
-Roll a stick or straw to the edges of the cake pop to remove all the excess dough. This will give your cake pop a cleaner and nicer look when it's finished.
-For the regular round shaped cake pops we will take our purple scoop and roll our cake balls creating a niece even ball.
-Melt your white chocolate in two separate deli cups. Microwave in 30 second interval and make sure to mix between intervals. Color one baby pink and leave the other white. When coloring chocolate oil based colors must be used. Do not use gel or airbrush colors, these colors will ruin the consistency of your chocolate.
-For this hello kitty bouquet design we will dip our cake pops in pink and white chocolate.
-Fill your tipless bags with both colored chocolate.
-Dip the stick into your chocolate and insert it into the cake ball. Set aside to dry.
-Next dip your cake pops into the chocolate and tap on the stick lightly to remove all excess chocolate. This will make your cake pops look smooth and even.
-Now dip your heart cake pop in pink chocolate and let it dry, then drizzle with the same colored chocolate, add your sprinkle and non-pareils. Spray galaxy dust to add a beautiful shine. Set aside to dry.
-For the disc cake pop, dip in white chocolate and let it dry.
-Cut out your edible images with scissors. Then remove the image from the paper.
-Brush on a small amount of edible glue to your cake pop, then place image on top. With your fingers fold over the edge of the image to stick the cake pop.
-Now that you have all your cake pops dry and ready to go, place the one with the hello kitty image on top, two of the round shape cake pops side by side under that one, lastly place the heart cake pop at the bottom of that one.
-Grab the cake pops and tie a rubber band around the sticks to hold them together.
-Cut out your pink tissue paper in three even pieces. Then place cake pops on top. Cut paper one more time leaving it about 2 inches longer then your cake pops on both side.
-Place the three pieces over lapping each other side by side. Shape it and fold the paper together at the bottom. Tie another rubber band. Do this again with the red tissue paper, then with the clear plastic wrap.
-Lastly tie a bow or a ribbon to the bottom to hide the rubber band.
-Now you have a pretty cake pop bouquet to gift to anyone.
