50EXPRESS CREME CAKE MIX - ( HALF BATCH )
-2 3/4 Cups Cake Mix
-4 Eggs
-3/4 Cups Oil
-1/2 Cup Water
-6oz Pumpkin Puree
-1/2 tbsp off all spice.
PROCEDURE
-Using a paddle attachment
-Pour 4 eggs in the mixing bowl.
- Add 2 3/4 cups of creme cake mix, blend 1 minute on first speed to incorporate, add 1 tsp if butter vanilla flavor, then 3 minutes on medium speed.
-Add 3/4 cup of oil & 1/2 cup of water, mix on first speed for 1 minute . Scrape bowl. Then mix 3 minutes on low speed.
-Place your baking cups in you mini muffin pan. Fill the baking cups half way.
-Bake at 325 degrees for 20-22 minutes. Let them cool.
-Color your buttercreme strawberry red, lime green, onyx black, and egg yellow.
-Set your cupcakes up on a 14' white wrap. Place a small amount of buttercreme at the bottom of each cupcake so it sticks to the board, this way your cupcakes don't move around.
-Place tip 1M in three pastry bags and fill them with your red, green, and white buttercreme.
-Pipe three rows of your cupcakes green for the Grinch's face. Then one row of white, followed by three rows of red for the Santa hat. Then pipe the last cupcake on the right white. You will need 24 cupcakes for this Grinch cupcake cake design.
-Begin to pipe the Grinch's face using black buttercreme, with yellow pipe the eyes, and with red make the eye balls.
-Place a small red heart on the santa hat.
-Add some white galaxy dust to the santa hat to give it a nice shine.
-That's how easy it is to make a Grinch cupcake cake.
