INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup unsalted butter
-1/2 cup powdered sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-5-10 drops of lime green gel color
-1/2 cup chopped pecans
PROSEDURE:
-Using a paddle attachment and small mixer.
-Mix together butter, powdered, and vanilla until fully combined and creamy. This will be at low speed.
-Add in your all purpose flour and salt. Let it me for 5 minutes. While it is mixing start to add lime green gel color. Mix it on medium for a few more minute or until it sticks together. Now add in your chopped pecans.
-Now scoop up cookie dough with your purple scooper. shape cookies into ball form and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
-Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
-Let them cool for about 5 minutes and roll them in a small bowl of powdered sugar.
-Melt red chocolate and place it in a tipless bag. Make a small heart in the center of your cookies.
