Ingredients:
- 50EXPRESS® Dark Chocolate
- 50EXPRESS® Premium White Chocolate
- Goovy Numbers Silicone Mold
- Moon/ Stars/ Cloud Silicone Mold
- Pretzel Rods
- Green Chocolate Chameleon
- Black Chocolate Chameleon
- Sprinkle Graduation Mix
- Peter's Caramel
- 50EXPRESS® Tipless Bags
- 50EXPRESS® Super Gold Pearlescent Powder
Procedure:
- Cut your pretzel rod into a smaller piece
- Start to roll out your piece of Peter's caramel until you reach a perfect thickness to wrap around your pretzel.
- Grab your pretzel and begin to wrap your caramel around the rod starting on the side that is cut off.
- Melt 50EXPRESS® Dark Chocolate and Black Chocolate Chameleon to make darker. Mix well. Melt 50EXPRESS® White Chocolate and add Green Chocolate Chameleon. Mix well.
- Begin to dip 3 pretzels into your green chocolate and 3 into your black. Let dry. For your black dipped pretzels, drizzle your pretzels with the same color you dipped them with. Before they dry, add your graduation sprinkles.
- Using black chocolate, start to fill your silicone molds. Let dry, and remove from molds.
- Brush 50EXPRESS® Gold Pearlescent Powder to give it a gold shine.
- Drizzle your green pretzel, add 50EXPRESS® Green Galaxy Dust, and place your numbers on top while your chocolate is still wet.
