-Melt your white and black chocolate in separate deli cups.
-Pour a small amount of white chocolate into the popsicle silicone mold and brush the edges of your mold with chocolate using a small brush. Insert your popsicle sticks. Then place in the freezer to dry. Brush on another layer of chocolate only to the edges of your mold. This is so your cakesicle won't break when you remove it from the mold.
-Place chocolate cake in a small mixer using a paddle attachment and mix until cake sticks together. Then fill your cakesicle with cake. Cover it with chocolate and place in the freezer to dry. Then remove the cakesicle from your mold.
-Fill your tipless bag with black chocolate, then fill the graduation mold and numbers 23 of your other silicone mold. Place in freezer to dry then remove.
-Mix the gold highlighter dust with any essence of your liking to make it a liquid consistency. Then get a small brush with highlighter and tap it lightly on top of the cakesicle. This will give you a splatter effect. Let it dry.
-Pipe a small amount of chocolate to the back of your numbers 2 & 3 and place it in the center of the cakesicles.
-Now for the other cakesicles. Do a white drizzle and place your gold non-pareils on the right side of your cakesicles before it dries. Place chocolate piece to the top left side of the cakesicle.
-Tie your grosgrain bow on the cakesicle and place them in a box.
