Make some delicious caramel apples! It never got so easy. All you need is:
50EXPRESS® White Chocolate
50EXPRESS® Dulce de Leche
50EXPRESS® White Galaxy Dust
Small Green Apples
5.5” Wooden Sticks
We will begin by placing our apples in warm water for 5-10 minutes to remove any wax. Pat dry.
Proceed to remove the stem and insert your wooden sticks in the middle of your apple. You may set them aside.
Begin to warm up your 50EXPRESS® Dulce de Leche in a non-stick pan on low to medium heat for about 5-8 minutes. You will know the consistency is right when your dulce de leche becomes thin and drips easily from your spoon.
Start dipping your apple into your dulce de leche while still warm. Make sure to give it a swirl in order to cover the entire apple.
Now place your apples in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to cool.
While your apples cool, melt your 50EXPRESS® White Chocolate . Make sure your chocolate is warm and not hot when dipping your caramel apples.
After waiting 20 minutes, take them out of the fridge and let them sit for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
Now it is time to dip your apples in chocolate. Make sure to swirl your apple to cover entirely with chocolate.
Let it dry, then drizzle and finish off with 50EXPRESS® White Galaxy Dust.
