- 8 Cups 50Express Sugar cookie mix
- 4 Sticks Soften Butter
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons of 50Express Vanilla Flavor
PROCEDURE
-Using Paddle attachment of a standard mixer, mix together softened butter, large eggs, and vanilla flavor at low speed.
-Gradually add 2 cups of cookie mix at a time and continue mixing ingredients together and increase speed if necessary.
-You will know your dough is ready when it easily pulls away from the side and starts to clump around the paddle of your mixer.
-Roll out your dough evenly and cut out your cookies using a snowflake, xmas tree, and 21/2 & 1 inch round cutters.
-Place them on cookie sheet with parchment paper.
-Bake for 8-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Let your cookies cool.
-Color your buttercream using gel colors sky blue, emerald green, princess pink. Only use a small amount of gel color so you get more of a pastel colored buttercream.
- Place blue and white buttercream in pastry bags with tip 5 round. Begin to pipe your snowflakes. To the other white snowflake add pink sanding sugar. When you're done sprinkle white crystal sugar on top and spray white galaxy dust to add extra shine.
-Place green buttercream in a pastry bag with tip 18. For the tree cookies, pipe small rosettes across your xmas tree cookie. Add your sprinkle and a star on top. Spray gold galaxy dust.
-Place pink buttercream in a pastry bag with tip 18. For the wreath cookie pipe small rosettes all around, add sprinkles and bow. Spray white galaxy dust for shine.
-Place white crinkle paper in your window box and put cookies inside. Add your holiday sticker in the center of the box.
