- Fill up a bowl with warm water and place apples inside. Let them soak for 5 minutes. Make sure to dry them with a clean towel and take the steams off.
-Insert the sticks in the middle of your apple.
-In a non-stick pan, warm up dulce de leche 5-8 minutes on low to medium heat, until smooth consistency.
-Dip and swirl apple in dulce de leche. Tap lightly to remove excess dulce de leche.
-Place apples in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Take them out after the 20 minutes and let them sit for 15 minutes at room temperature. Now your apples are ready to dip.
-While you let your apples sit, melt your white chocolate. Half the chocolate leave white and the other half color with lavender colour mill. Dip your apples white and lavender and place them on a silver/gold round tab. lLet your apple dry.
-Drizzle white apple with the same color drizzle. Add your non-pareils, icing santa piece, and sprinkles. Spray on your white galaxy dust to add shine. Place a grosgrain bow to your apple stick.
-Do the same for the lavender apple using the other Christmas sprinkle set.
-Now make your frame using fondant and your frame silicone mold. set it aside.
-Place a small amount of any essence flavor and gold highlighter dust and mix so get a gold liquid consistency. Now paint your frame gold with a small brush.
-Place your frame on the apple using edible glue. Place santa inside the frame and bow chocolate piece at the bottom of your frame. Now your apples are ready to enjoy.
