*SUGAR COOKIE MIX 50 EXPRESS

- 8 Cups 50Express Sugar cookie mix

- 4 Sticks Soften Butter

- 2 Large Eggs

- 2 Teaspoons of 50Express Vanilla Flavor

- 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon Butter Arte Pan Flavoring

PROCEDURE

-Using Paddle attachment of a standard mixer, mix together softened butter, large eggs, cinnamon butter flavor, and vanilla flavor at low speed.

-Gradually add 2 cups of cookie mix at a time and continue mixing ingredients together and increase speed if necessary.

-You will know your dough is ready when it easily pulls away from the side and starts to clump around the paddle of your mixer.

-Roll out your dough evenly with a rolling pin using the levelers. Cut out cookies using a round 3' cookie cutter. On half the cookies cut out a tree in the center of your cookie using the mini tree cookie cutter.

-Place cookies on a baking sheet that has parchment paper.

-Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes.

-Set aside to cool

-Place buttercream in 2 separate deli cup containers and color them Emerald Green and Strawberry red using gel colors by 50express.

-Place a few drops of gel color and mix well. Add more drops if you'd like to achieve a darker town.

-Fill 3 pastry bags one of each color, red, green, and white.

-Pipe three strips, one of each color on a piece of plastic wrap. Fold over to close the plastic wrap and cut the plastic on one side.

-Put tip 824 in a pastry bag and place the three colored buttercream inside.

-Pipe a large rosette on top of the sugar cookie starting from the center of the cookie. Place the cookie with the x-mas tree on top.

-Add sprinkles to the side of your cookies.

-Spray some gold galaxy dust on the cookie to add a beautiful shine.
