-Melt your white chocolate in two separate deli cups. Leave one white and the other color it dusk using the oil based colors from colour mill.
-Next pour a small amount of white & dusk colored chocolate into your heart silicone mold and brush the chocolate onto the sides of your mold. Make two of each color.
-Insert your popsicle stick into your mold. Two of them will have sticks and the other two will be made with no sticks. Place silicone mold on the freezer to dry.
-Now using your brush, add another layer of chocolate to only the sides of your silicone mold. Let it dry.
-Place carrot cake into your mixer using a paddle attachment and mix until the cake sticks together.
-Start to fill your mold with your cake. Then cover it with a little more chocolate. Spread the chocolate out with a small spatula and give the mold a light tap. Place in freezer to dry one last time. When dry, remove cakesicle from mold.
-Now place your chocolate into a tipless bag. Fill the rose silicone molds up and place in freezer to dry. When dry remove. these will be used for the bunny tails.
-Now we will be making the little bunny feet. Cut out a small piece of parchment paper. Pipe the little feet with white chocolate. Make a triangle shape but make the corners a little more rounded. Then using pink chocolate, pipe 3 small dots and a small triangle right under. This will make the paws of the bunny feet. Let them dry then remove from parchment paper.
-Flip your heart cakesicle over and place the rose at the top center of your cakesicle. To glue on your chocolate pieces, all you need is a small amount of chocolate placed on the area where your chocolate pieces are go.
-Dust on a pearl colored pearlescent powder onto your cakesicle to make it shiny.
-These cake bits are perfect for your Easter celebration.
