50 EXPRESS DEVIL'S FOOD CAKE MIX
-6 Cups Of Cake Mix
-1/2 Cups Of Oil
-2 3/4 Cups Of Water
-Add 1 cup of water and 6 cups of devil's food cake mix to a large mixing bowl.
-Using a paddle attachment, mix on low speed for 3 minutes.
-Add 1 additional cup of water to the bowl. Mix on low speed for 1 minute.
-Scrape bowl. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed.
-Add 3/4 cups of water & 1/2 cups of oil to bowl. Mix for 1 minute on low speed.
-Place you cake batter in a tipless bag.
-Spray mini Bundt container with a non-stick pan spray
-Fill your mini Bundt container 1/4 of the way up. Now Add your creamy chocolate filling. Cover it with more chocolate cake batter. Make sure to not fill your Bundt container all the way to the top, give it some room to grow in the oven.
-Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 or until firm. All ovens vary
-Let them cool for 5-10 minutes.
-Flip them over on parchment paper.
-Heat up your milk ganache and with a small spatula drizzle chocolate on to of your Bundt cake.
-Place it on a gold tray.
