Create dipped strawberries, coated pretzels, cake pops, molded candies and decorative drizzles with Merckens confectionery coating melts. Melt and use for dipping, coating or molding without tempering.
What you receive
One 1 lb bag of your selected color. Each color is sold separately; this is not a mixed assortment. Colors: Super White, Pink, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Light Green, Light Blue, Royal Blue, Orchid, Milk Cocoa Light and Dark Cocoa.
How to use & store
Melt gently, stirring frequently. Use clean, completely dry tools and keep water out of the coating. Use oil-based candy colors when adding color. Store in a cool, dry place.

Super White: Sugar, vegetable oil (palm kernel, hydrogenated palm kernel, cottonseed), nonfat milk, titanium dioxide (color), milk, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin, salt, natural and artificial flavor. Contains milk and soy. Manufacturer's recommended storage for Super White: 55 to 65°F at about 50% relative humidity.
Packaged in a facility that also handles wheat, soy, milk, peanuts, eggs and tree nuts (almonds, pistachios, pecans and walnuts), and has also handled sesame.
Warm-weather shipping
Coating melts may soften or melt during transit. We ship with an ice pack and thermal bag, but melting may still occur. Wafers that lose their shape can be remelted for use. Warm-weather shipping is at the customer's risk. All sales are final.
