Green Apples
* wash apples in warm water to take out the wax
* in a bowl mix
-1 1/4 cups & 1 tbsp of Sazonador powder
-2 1/4 cups of sugar
-1/2 cups of chamoy
*Mix ingredients until well incorporated
*start to cover apple, take a around 1/3 cup of paste and start to flatten it out with your hand, when it sticks put water on your hand to avoid sticking. Then grab apple and lay the piece of chile paste on the top of the apple. start to pat it down on the apple, distributing the paste onto the apple evenly. when the apple is completely covered get the wooden stick and insert it on the top middle of the apple.
*Take tajin and drizzle it all over the apple.
*Wrap apple with a cello bag and tie it with a bow.
