- Soak your apples in warm water for a 5-10 minutes to remove the wax. Then dry well with a towel.
-Insert your wooden stick.
-In a bowl pour these ingredients:
-1 1/3 of Seasoning powder
-2 3/4 cups of sugar
-2/3 cups of chamoy
- With a spatula, mix together ingredients until you get a paste like consistancy. (If you are having trouble incorporating all ingredients together with a spatula, feel free to use your hands.
-Take 1/3 cup of your paste and flatten with your hand. If mixture starts sticking to your hands, just add a bit of water.
-Place the paste on the apple, and with your hands, begin to evenly distribute paste and flatten until the apple is fully covered.
-Drizzle your favorite chili seasoning powder all over your apple. I used tajin for my drizzle.
-Wrap your apple in a gusseted cello bag and tie it with a bow twist tie.
