Items used:
- 259001- premium white chocolate 50express
- 5012- frozen 8' cake white (available in-store)
- 180452- sm alphabet polka dot
- 10253- grosgrain bow emerald.
- 10255- grosgrain bow ivory.
- 284057- galaxy pump white
- 24322- yellow colour mill
- 57000- lollipop sticks
- 180160- tipless bags
- 184065- mini pearl beads
- 67021- purple scoop
Procedure:
- *Melt white chocolate and color it with yellow colour mill. Set aside
- *Place white cake in mixer with a paddle attachment, mix until the cake sticks together like a dough.
- *Scoop up cake with a purple scoop. Roll it up between your hand and flatten the top and bottom of the cake ball. to give it like a mug shape.
- *Now take lollipop sticks and dip the tip in the yellow chocolate. Insert it into your cake pop. Let it dry for a few minutes. When it dries dip the whole cake pop in the yellow chocolate. Tap lightly to remove excess chocolate. Set aside to dry.
- *Now melt white chocolate and put it in a tipless bag. Do like a drip effect on the top of your cake pop and softly tap the on the stick so it spreads your chocolate to the sides. Before it dries add your mini pearl beads on top.
- *To add shine, spray your white galaxy on the top.
- *Now fill the C & G of your silicone mold with white chocolate. Place mold in the freezer to dry. When dry remove from mold.
- *Place a small amount of chocolate on the side of the chocolate piece and place it on the right side of the cake pop. Hold for a few seconds so it dries and holds. Then your beer cake pop are done. Tie a emerald bow on the stick and its done.
