-Place the buttercreme in 3 separate deli cups. Color your buttercreme neon purple, island turquoise, and princess pink. Only adding a few drops so we can achieve pastel colors.
-We will be using tip 867, 1m, and 18.
-Place the tips 1M in your pastry bags and fill them with your buttercreme.
-For the first cupcake design, make 3 rosettes, one of each color. Add your non-pareils sprinkle mix and pink rods. Spray some white galaxy dust to add shine.
-Fill your silicone mold with chocolate. Place them in the freezer to dry then remove carefully.
-For the second design, pipe your cupcake using your different color buttercreme, add your sprinkle mix and chocolate pieces, and spray white galaxy dust.
-On a plastic wrap pipe a line of pink, purple, and turquoise. Piping the buttercreme close together. Then fold over the plastic wrap and cut the tip on one side. Place it in your pastry bag with the tip 867. Now pipe a swirl on your cupcake, this will give you a multi color effect. Spray galaxy dust and place your barbie rings on top.
-Take your cupcakes and put them in a 6ct clear cupcake container.
