-Melt your white and dark chocolate. Color the white one hot pink and the dark black.
-Place your cake in a small mixer using the paddle attachment mix until it sticks all together.
-Fill your popsicle silicone mold and spread chocolate with a small brush, making sure to get all the sides. Insert the acrylic sticks before your chocolate dries. Place it in the freezer to dry. Brush another layer of chocolate to only the sides of your silicone mold. Let it dry.
-Fill it with cake then cover it with more chocolate. Place it in the freezer one more time to dry. Then remove from mold carefully.
-Place your chocolate in your tipless bags. Drizzle your cakesicles black and dust them with black galaxy dust to add a shine.
-Drizzle your cakesicles pink and dust with deep pink galaxy dust.
-Roll out black, pink, and turquoise fondant and cut your barbie shapes out.
-Fill the bows and crowns of your silicone molds with chocolate. Place them in the freezer to dry and then remove carefully.
-Place a small amount of chocolate to your bow and place it on your fondant piece.
-For the other cakesicle place your chocolate pieces onto your cakesicle.
