-Melt your white chocolate in two separate deli cups. When melting your chocolate make sure to melt in 30 second intervals, mixing in between interval to avoid chocolate from burning. Leave one white and the other color black using oil based colors from colour mill. A great tip for coloring chocolate black is to use milk or dark chocolate. Using these chocolates gets you a beautiful dark shiny black color.
-Place your cake in a small mixer using the paddle attachment mix on medium until cake sticks all together.
-Take a small amount of dough and roll it into a ball, the star to fill your disc & star mold. Close your mold and remove all excess cake dough. With a straw get rid of all the unwanted ridges on your cake pop.
-Dip the tip of your straws into the chocolate and insert them into cake pops. Set aside to dry.
-Now dip the star cake pop in the your black chocolate. The two round cake pops are going to be dipped in white chocolate.
-Dip the cake pops and tap lightly on the stick to remove all excess chocolate.
-Fill letters "ABC" of your alphabet mold using colored chocolate red, yellow, and blue. Place silicone mold in the freezer to dry them remove chocolate letters.
-Place a small amount of chocolate to the back of your chocolate pieces and place them in the center of your star cake pop.
-For the round cake pop we will be sticking an edible image to the cake pop. Cut out your 2" edible image, brush on a small amount of edible glue to your cake pop and place image centered on top. With your fingers begin to carefully sticks image on cake pop.
-For the last cake pop, make a few blue horizontal line on your cake pop, then on one red vertical red line on the left side of your cake pop. On the right side pipe a "A+" and you're done. That's how easy it is to make back to school cakes pop using my little cake pop molds.
