- 8 Cups 50Express Sugar cookie mix
- 4 Sticks Soften Butter
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Flavor
PROCEDURE
-Using Paddle attachment of a standard mixer, mix together softened butter, large eggs, and vanilla flavor at low speed.
-Gradually add 2 cups of cookie mix at a time and continue mixing ingredients together and increase speed if necessary.
-You will know your dough is ready when it easily pulls away from the side and starts to clump around the paddle of your mixer.
-Roll out your dough evenly with a rolling pin. Cut out cookies using 2" round cookie cutter.
-Place cookies on a baking sheet that has parchment paper.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
-Set aside to cool
-Fill your tipless bag with dulce de leche, then pipe a small amount of dulce de leche on your cookie and place another cookie on top. Like a sandwich.
-Dust powdered sugar on top and your cookies are ready to eat.
