Try our 50EXPRESS® Creme Cake Mix! Don't be fooled by the name, this mix is not only great for cakes but cupcakes as well. Here's what you'll need:
- 50EXPRESS® Creme Cake Mix (5 1/2 cups)
- 8"x2" Fat Daddio's Round Pan
- Dawn Baking/ Cooking Spray
- Measuring Cup Set
- 8 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Oil
- 1 cup water
Procedure:
- Using paddle attachment, mix 8 eggs in mixing bowl. Add 5 1/2 cups of 50EXPRESS® Creme Cake Mix. Mix for 1 minute on on low speed to incorporate, then 3 minutes on medium speed.
- Incorporate 1 1/2 cups oil and 1 cup of water. Mix for 1 minute on 1st speed. Scrape your bowl. Mix for 3 minutes on 1st speed.
- Take a 8"x2" Fat Daddio's Round Pan, spray it with a non-stick spray. Empty your batter evenly, half way.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until firm in the middle.
