Get the grill out, open up a cold one! Celebrate 4th of July with BakersExpress, your favorite cake decorating and treat making supply store in Baldwin Park. Make some 4th of July madeleines to make this Independence Day a sweet one. Here's what you'll need:
Ingredients:
- 50EXPRESS® Cacao Melts in Red, Royal Blue, and Premium White
- Moon/ Star/ Cloud Silicone Mold
- Carnation Flower Silicone Mold
- Firecracker Sprinkle Mix
- 50EXPRESS® White Pearl Galaxy Dust
- 50EXPRESS® Intense Pearlescent Powder
- Madeleines
- Wilton 2 Piece Brush Set
Procedure:
- Melt your 50EXPRESS® Cacao Melts. Place your melted red & blue chocolate into a tipless bag and begin to fill your silicone molds with chocolate. Place in freezer to dry. Remove from mold when dry and set aside.
- Place your melted 50EXPRESS® Premium White Chocolate in a deli cup, cut the dome on the side of the madeleine so that it may lay flat. Dip the madeleines in the white melted chocolate half way.
- Drizzle your madeleines with melted chocolate to your liking. Add sprinkles and galaxy dust.
- Take the small chocolate pieces set aside and glue them onto your madeleine using melted chocolate.
- Dust the 50EXPRESS® Pearlescent Powder on the madeleine using a brush. For the last madeleine, drizzle with white, add sprinkle mix and chocolate pieces, spray some galaxy dust to give it a shine.
