We've got 4th of July cupcakes to help you celebrate Independence Day BakersExpress style! Here's what you'll need:
Ingredients:
- 50EXPRESS® Regular Buttercream
- Frozen Chocolate Cupcakes (available in store only)
- Star/ Moon/ Cloud Silicone Mold
- Star Silicone Mold
- Tip 2D
- Tip 18
- Tip 21
- 50EXPRESS® Gel Color in Strawberry Red and Royal Blue
- 50EXPRESS® White Galaxy Dust
- 50EXPRESS® Premium White Chocolate
- Deli Containers
- 6 Cupcake Container
- Firecracker Sprinkle Mix
- Mini Pearl Beads
Procedure:
- Melt your 50EXPRESS® Premium White Chocolate and place in a tipless bag. Begin to fill the stars on the star/moon/cloud silicone mold and place in the freezer to dry.
- Place 50EXPRESS® Regular Buttercreme in 2 seperate deli cups and color with 50EXPRESS® Gel Colors. We'll be using Strawberry Red and Royal Blue.
- Place tip 2D in a tipless bag and put blue buttercreme in the bag. Tip 21 will go in the tipless bag filled with red buttercreme. Tip 18 in a bag with white buttercreme.
- Create a swirl on the top left side of the cupcake using the blue buttercreme. Create stripes using the white and red buttercreme. You may make lines of small swirls if comfortable. Do this until you cover the whole cupcake.
- Once finished with the buttercream, add your star sprinkle and pearl beads to the blue part of the cupcake. To top it off, spray 50EXPRESS® White Galaxy Dust on your cupcake.
- Place in a 6ct plastic cupcake container.
