White Cake Mix (Tutorial)

Make the fluffiest White Cake using our 50EXPRESS® White Cake Mix. Here's what you'll need:

• 50EXPRESS® White Cake Mix
• Water
• Oil
• 8"x2" Fat Daddio's Cake Pan
• Dawn Baking/Cooking Spray
• Measuring Cups
• Measuring Spoons

Procedure:

1. Add 1 cup of water to a large mixing bowl. Then add 6 cups of our 50EXPRESS® White Cake Mix and mix on low speed for 3 minutes.
2. Add 1/2 + 1/3 cup of water and mix for 1 minute on low speed.
3. Scrape the bowl. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed.
4. Add 3/4 cup + 1/2 tablespoon of water and 1/2 cup of oil.
5. Mix for 1 minute on low speed. Scrape the bowl and mix for 2 minutes on low speed.
6. Scrape the bowl and mix for 2 minutes on low speed.
7. Spray your 8"x2" pan with non stick spray and fill with 18oz of cake batter or fill half the pan.
8. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through the center.
