-Melt your white chocolate in two separate deli cups. Leave one white and the other color forest green using your oil based colors by colour mill.
-Empty a small amount of chocolate to your popsicle silicone mold then give it a tap, brush chocolate to the sides of your mold using a small brush. Make sure to cover completely. Before your chocolate dries insert your gold popsicle sticks. Place silicone mold in freezer to dry. Brush on another layer of chocolate to the sides of your mold. This will help prevent breakage when removing your cakesicles from mold.
- Place cake in small mixer using the paddle attachment and mix until cake sticks together like dough. Start to fill your cakesicle with cake then cover it with chocolate. Put in freezer to dry. Then remove cakesicle from mold.
- Roll out gold fondant and cut out your shamrock using your plunder. Now place your fondant pieces on your cakesicle by putting a small amount of chocolate in the area where your fondant pieces will lay. One will be at the top right and the other on the bottom left. Set aside to dry.
-Now make your frame with gold fondant. Place it in the center of your cakesicle. Now add your icing piece in the middle of your cakesicle.
-Mix together gold highlighter and strawberry essence. Take a small amount of liquid highlighter on your brush and tap on it lightly on top of your cakesicle. This will great a splash affect on your cakesicle. Let it dry and place your fondant pieces on top.
- Tie your bow twist onto your cakesicle to give them a nicer presentation. Now you are all done making these cute St. Patrick's Day cakesicles for friends and family to enjoy.
