*ROYAL ICING 50 EXPRESS (HALF BATCH)
-Flooding Consistancy
-Add 1/4 Cup + 3 Tbsp Water to 4 cups of royal icing mix.
-Separate your royal icing in 2 deli cups. Color them sky blue and Chocolate brown. Fill your tipless bags with the colored royal icing.
-Cover one side of your cookie using the the light brown royal icing, making a wave like design. Make the outline then flood your cookie. Use your scribe to cover and even out the royal icing. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumb before the royal icing dries. Remove excess graham cracker crumbs. Softly brush to clean the graham cracker crumbs from the cookie.
-Now flood the other side of the cookie with sky blue royal icing. Let it dry for 30 minutes.
-Pipe white outline in between the blue and brown icing to create the waves, with a small brush smear the white icing to create a wave effect. Pipe two small lines under that and repeat the same technique.
-Place a small amount of brown royal icing and place your sea life icing piece on top.
-If you want to add a small amount of shine, spray some gold galaxy dust to the sand part of your cookie..
-So there you have it a beach themed cookie perfect for any summer celebration.
