-2 Cups Of Pumpkin Puree
-1 Cup Of Granulated Sugar
-1 Tsp Clear Vanilla
-1 Tsp Cinnamon
-1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
-Pinch Of Salt
-In a bowl, add your pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and clear vanilla. Mix together with a spatula.
CINNAMON SUGAR COAT
-1/2 Cup Of Sugar
-1 Tbsp Of Cinnamon
-Mix all together
PROCEDURE
Pumpkin Puff Pastries
-Cut out your puff pastry spares with your pumpkin cutter. Lay them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-With a purple scooper, scoop your pumpkin filling and place it in the center of you pumpkin, then add the gourmet filling on top.
-Brush some egg wash around the edges of your pumpkin. Place the other half of the pumpkin on top, press down on the edges.
-Press down with a fork to seal the edges. Brush some egg wash on top.
Dulce De Leche Puff Partries
-With the purple scooper, scoop the dulce de leche and place it in the center of the pumpkin. Brush some egg wash on the edges and place the other half on top, press down on the edges.
-Brush some egg wash on top and sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on your pumpkin.
-Press down with a fork to seal the edges.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
