-Place a 7x7 piece of parchment paper on your turntable. Lay first layer of cake in the center. Begin to fill it with your vanilla bettercreme. Smooth it out using a small offset spatula. Place other layer of cake on top.
-Now cover your cake with bettercreme. Rotate your cake while applying your bettercreme. Do the same for the top. Smooth it out with your offsets spatula.
-Color your vanilla bettercreme with neon purple 50express gel color & lavender colour mill. Mix well to achieve this colour. Make sure to only put a few drops so you get more of a pastel color. Color the other bettercreme Tiffany using colour mill.
-Fill pastry bags with your diffirent colored bettercreme. Use tip 824 and 18.
-Start to pipe circles (small rosettes) on the top edges of your mini cake. Using all three color.
-Add your non-pareils, jimmies sprinkles, and heart shaped sprinkles.
-Place 2' round Mother's Day image right in the center of your mini cake.
-To add shine, spray white galaxy dust on your mini cake.
-Decorate your cupcake. Add your sprinkle and paper butterflies.
-Cut your cupcake insert so your mini cake fits on the top left hand corner of your box. Then place four cupcakes inside.
